By contacting me for work, you are accepting my terms below. Please read before proceeding to work with me. English is not my native language. I speak Spanish, so please write concise and clear when ordering.

The price may increase depending on the complexity of the request, as well as additional characters, pets, props, or backgrounds.If the commission is for commercial use, the price will be doubled or higher.You are only purchasing the digital illustration, not a printed version.

I reserve the right to decline any commission if I don’t feel comfortable with the request.

I will only start working once full payment has been received in advance, with no exceptions.

All payments must be made through Paypal, and only in EUR (€)

To place an order, you must provide:

1. Character reference.

2. A detailed description of what you want: explain your idea as clearly as possible, including personality, pose, what you want the character to be doing, and any other details you consider important.

Remember: the more references, the better! Send me all the ones you have!Have a clear idea of what you want to order. Once the payment is made, major changes cannot be made to your request.

Once the commission details and price are agreed upon, the client will proceed to make the payment.

The delivery time for the commission may vary between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on the artist's personal circumstances. Any delays will be communicated to the client.

The stages of the drawing process are as follows: sketching, lineart, rendering, and complete.

Once I have received the payment, I will begin working on the sketch.

You may request any changes you want during the sketch phase. Once the final sketch has been approved, no major changes can be made.

By default, I will send you 2 WIPs: the first at the stage of a clean sketch or nearly finished lineart, and the second when the drawing is almost complete, in case any minor changes need to be made. If you wish to receive more WIPs, please indicate this when placing your order.

When the commission is finished, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file via Google Drive. Please remember to download it, as it may be deleted after a few months.

The final work will be delivered with a watermark.

Once the work is completed, no changes will be made, and no refunds will be issued. This includes any chargebacks after the commission.

I reserve the right as an artist to cancel the commission at any time and issue a full refund.

If I have not started working on the commission, you will receive a 100% refund.

If a refund is requested during the sketch phase, you will receive 50%. Once this phase has passed, no further refunds will be issued.

As the artist, I retain full rights to the created piece and may use it as I see fit. For example: displaying it in my portfolio, posting it on my social media, using it for promotional purposes, including it in art books and commission samples, or using canceled commissions as a base for future works.
